To shop at valterpercussion.com you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel orders from people who have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment defaults. Facts and prices are subject to typographical errors, suppliers' price increases and stock levels, incorrect technical specifications, etc. and to final sale. After an order has been confirmed, the price can only be changed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. war, natural disasters, etc.) and in the event of obvious inaccuracies in the price quoted.
Delivery time
The delivery time is usually one to five working days from the time of order. For products that need to be manufactured, we will provide an approximate delivery time. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping service and the buyer's country.

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible with information about your order. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have at hand in case of contact with us.

With us, you pay the item by paying by card via klarna, Swish (only within Sweden), paypal or via invoice (internet payment or bank transfer)
Shipping
A cost for shipping will be added calculated on the total volume/weight of your order. Within Sweden, it is usually delivered via Postnord or DHL servicepoint. For international deliveries we recommend UPS or FEDEX but to some countries Postnord is also reliable.
Transportation
If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation, Valter Percussion is responsible for payment. However, you must notify our customer service within 14 days. If the product is damaged or lost when you return it, you as the customer are responsible for payment.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer of Valter Percussion, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Does not apply to special orders that are manufactured specifically for you as a customer. Notice of return must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Always contact us before returning the goods.
In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in unchanged condition. The item must be packed in its original packaging with its inner packaging and together with any accessories. Return the goods together with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
You must pay for return postage yourself. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or cash on delivery. Save your delivery receipt and email us the tracking number - remember that you are responsible for the return shipment!
Choice of law
Disputes under these terms shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law. Valter Percussion follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations.

If you are a resident of Sweden or the EU, the prices apply including VAT if you are an individual without a VAT number, or prices excluding VAT if you have a company with a VAT registration. Return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the goods and wish to return it, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal provided the goods are in the condition they were sent in.
We hope that you will be satisfied with both our products and our service and trust that in all situations we will be able to find a solution where both parties are satisfied.
The basic rule is that Valter Percussion and the customer share the total shipping costs in case of "approved" return and refund of the remaining amount is made after the goods have been returned, checked and approved by Valter Percussion.
Upon return, the customer is asked to pack the goods as carefully as possible and if the packaging is damaged from the original shipment, to reorder that the products are sufficiently protected for a return shipment.
Before sending the return, we will together find the cheapest return shipping by both the customer requesting quotes from local shipping companies and Valter Percussion requesting quotes from its shipping partners. Then the parties will agree by email on which shipping solution is chosen.
