Chaworó and Chaworí are the bells that give the characteristic sound to the Cuban Batá drums.
Chaworó is for "la Boca" or the large head of the Iyá drum and the Chaworí is for the Chachá side.
Our bells are mounted on velcro belts that easily attaches to your Batá Cajon, or traditional Batá drums with hooks or rope tuning. Comes with velcro straps for attachment to any Batádrums. Chaworo contains around 80 bells of mixed sizes to give as rich sound as possible and the Chawori contains around 40 bells.
